Along the Nature Trail

Cedar Creek is a planned, active lifestyle community consisting of custom-built homes quietly nestled
on 1/2+ acre in the rolling hills of Aiken, SC. We welcome residents of all ages but the majority of our
residents are active retirees.

Approximately eight miles of nature trails meander amongst footbridges, ponds, small parks, picnic
and natural areas; a truly unique trail with both asphalt and natural mulch walking surfaces.

Walkers can easily move through each phase of the development via this connecting trail system that
is enhanced with native blooming shrubs and trees, or stop and admire each uniquely designed common
area. Whether you enjoy watching birds and butterflies, a quiet walk in the forest, are on your way for
a round of tennis, or simply want a place to sit and relax to enjoy the scenery the nature trails can take
you there.

We have many ‘trail’ volunteers who maintain the trails with work sessions throughout the year. They
also avail themselves to leading a group.

The Community Center hosts over 36 clubs and organizations and contains a community library
which is accessible to residents 24 hours a day.

The Junior Olympic size pool and pavilion complete with swimming lanes is open from April through
October. Take part in a water aerobics class, or bring the grandkids for a splash or two. Residents can
enjoy hosting pool parties at the covered and lighted pavilion by submitting a
Pavilion Reservation eForm requesting a specific date. The lighted tennis and pickle ball courts are located in this area.

Cedar Creek residents enjoy access to an 18 hole golf course that winds its way throughout the
community. The Grille at Cedar Creek offers lunch 6 days a week and casual dining on Monday,
Wednesday and Friday evenings.

Our community, located about 5 miles south of the Aiken City Limits, is close to
a variety of restaurants and shopping.

Aiken is located near the southwestern border of the state about 30 minutes from Augusta, GA,
the home of the Master’s Golf Tournament. We are centrally located among the cities of
Columbia, Charleston, Greenville, and Georgia cities of Savannah, and Atlanta. The beaches and
mountains are readily accessible for a 2-3 day mini-vacation.

Bush Field, the Augusta Airport is less than 30 minutes to the west and Columbia Metropolitan
Airport approximately 1 hour to the north.
